Creating a New Template

If you must create a custom template, it is generally easier to start with an existing template and then modify it. Once you have created one or more default templates, you can modify those templates to fit your specific needs.

To create a custom template:

  1. Navigate to the Templates page.

    1. On the Workspace home page, click the Application Builder icon.

    2. Select an application.

    3. Click Shared Components.

    4. Under User Interface, select Templates.

  2. Click Create.

  3. Select the type of template you want to create and click Next.

  4. Select a creation method:

    • From Scratch

    • As a Copy of an Existing Template

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions.


Tip:

Make sure you associate your template with the correct theme.
